Atharvam Design Studio stitches clothes to measure in Surat. This page says plainly what this website collects, what we do with it, and how to have it removed. We do not sell anything to anybody.
What we collect
When you place an order
Your name, phone number, the city you gave, which pieces you chose, and anything you typed in the note. We need these to call you, take your measurements and deliver the clothes.
If you sign in with Google
Your name, email address and profile photo, as Google gives them to us. Nothing else — we never see your Google password, and we cannot read your Gmail, contacts, Drive or anything else in your account. We keep this so you can see your own orders when you come back.
If you tell us something is wrong with a piece
What you tell us about the problem, what you would like us to do, and any photos you choose to send with it. The photos are private: they are not on the website, and only the studio can open them.
If you join the studio letter
Your email address, and nothing else.
What we do not collect
No card or bank details — this site takes no payment. No tracking pixels, no advertising cookies, no analytics. We do not build a profile of what you looked at.
Cookies
One cookie, and only if you sign in: it records that it is you, for thirty days. It cannot be read by scripts in the page, and it carries nothing beyond that. Signing out removes it. Your bag is kept in your own browser's storage, on your device, and never leaves it until you place an order.
Where it is kept, and who sees it
Orders, returns and emails are stored in a database run by Cloudflare, and photos sent with a return in Cloudflare's file storage. Only the studio sees them, through a password-protected page. When an order or a return comes in, its details are also emailed to the studio's own inbox, so we see it straight away. Nobody outside Atharvam is given your details, and we do not sell, rent or share any of it. We would hand something over only if the law required it.
Other companies involved
- Cloudflare hosts this site and the database. Like any web host, it sees the network requests that reach it.
- Google handles sign-in, if you choose it, and serves the typefaces this page uses — which means Google sees that your browser asked for them. The studio's email inbox is Gmail, so the order and return emails above are kept there too.
How long we keep it
Orders are kept while we are working on them and afterwards as a record of what we made for you, which is what lets us re-cut from the same measurements later. Returns, and any photos sent with them, are kept with the order. Ask us and we will delete them. Letter subscriptions are kept until you ask to come off the list.
Your say over it
Write or call and we will tell you exactly what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or delete it. No forms, no fee. Deleting an order we are still stitching may mean we cannot finish it.
Children
This site is not meant for children under 18, and we do not knowingly keep their details. We do make clothes for children — a parent places the order, and the details we keep are the parent's.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
